Stephanie L. Paul is a Registered Architect (NY, MD) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Studies and Urban Studies from Brown University, a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Spitzer School of Architecture (CCNY), and 7+ years of professional experience in the field of Architecture. Her passion lies in residential architecture, specifically affordable housing, and in creating resident-focused, beautiful, and functional spaces. She has managed teams on residential projects of various sizes from concept through construction in New York City, and has coordinated green building efforts for townhome communities in Washington DC and Virginia. Outside of her professional work, Stephanie volunteers with the Neighborhood Design Center in Baltimore, MD. She has also mentored college students interested in architecture, presented at career day to introduce elementary students to the world of architecture, and served as an architectural reviewer for the NAACP ACT-SO student design competition.
